Our Partners

Child2Child Book Foundation has partnered with Books For Africa, a non-profit organization headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota with warehouses in Minnesota and Atlanta, Georgia.  It is an organization guided by community need and contribution. Books For Africa remains the largest shipper of donated text and library books to the African continent, shipping over 50 million books to all 54 countries on the African continent since 1988.  We have been recognized as the Youngest Container Captain. Check out the link to BFA Profile.

Our strategy is to partner with local non-profits and other providers. In Nigeria, we  partnered with HM Logistics Company Limited, a Nigerian company which provides integrated logistics service solutions, to clear, store, re-package and transport the books to the final destination. We also worked with the Give Back Group, a volunteer driven social development organization with a vision of societal transformation to complement government efforts in education, health and security.

In Ghana, we have partnered with Cocoa360, a platform set up to leverage farming communities to develop sustainable programs. It was set up by Shadrack Frimpong, a Forbes 30 under 30, Gates Scholar at Cambridge PhD’23, who was born and raised in the same community. One of the initiatives of Cocoa360 is a school for girls, the Tarkwa Breman Girls’ School (“TBGS”), to improve their access to education. TBGS will commission its new library in July 2022 and C2C, in partnership with Books for Africa, will provide the books to stock the library. In partnership with Cocoa360, C2C will also donate books to other schools and non-profit organizations in Ghana.
